Van 2019-2021 was ze fellow bij LMNR 2.0; het Leadership Mentoring in Nursing Research-programma van ZonMw. Als lector werkt ze bij Kenniscentrum Zorginnovatie en bij de opleiding Verpleegkunde van de Hogeschool Rotterdam. Daarnaast is ze senior onderzoeker in het Erasmus MC.

Dr. Erica Witkamp, verpleegkundige (niet praktiserend) en werkte langdurig in verschillende functies in de thuiszorg en het ziekenhuis. In 2015 promoveerde ze in het Erasmus MC. Van 2019-2021 was ze fellow bij LMNR 2.0; het Leadership Mentoring in Nursing Research-programma van ZonMw. Als lector werkt ze bij Kenniscentrum Zorginnovatie en bij de opleiding Verpleegkunde van de Hogeschool Rotterdam. Daarnaast is ze senior onderzoeker in het Erasmus MC.
